WARM-UP: Instructor led

EXERCISES: FORM two lines with the cadets. Front row facing the back row. 

These exercises will be partner assisted:

1 Minute Each Exercise each person.

1) Push-Up
2) Leg Lifts 
3) Military Press
4) Sit-Ups
5) Biceps/Pulldowns 
6) Crunches 

Run 800m

REPEAT (X1 - total of two times)

This should take most of the time. Add in exercises as trainer sees fit.
