Blue Group (FOR TIME), 10 rounds in sets of 15,14,13,...7,6:
Burpee
Push up
Squats
Side straddle hop
Straight leg sit ups
Red Group (FOR TIME), 10 rounds in sets of 20,19,18,...12, 11:
Burpee
Push up
Squats with heavy (at least to start) sandbags
Side straddle hop with rifles
Straight leg sit ups
Get through as many sets as you can in 35 minutes.
COOLDOWN: Jog/walk - stretch
