AB BURNER - INSTRUCTOR LED - 10 MINUTES - Flutterkicks, Leg Lifts, Toe Touches, Supine Bicycle, Crunch, Wiper, Frog Kicks. 

SPRINT DRILLS - Up to 10 Minutes
