WODWARMUP: jog in place, push ups (up/down), knee benders, cobras, overhead arm claps
WOD:
1 min of each exercise/ sprint 2 laps with bear crawls, crab walks, alligator walks, overhead arm claps, or B2B every 3-4 exercises:
Supine bicycle
Push up
Dive bomber push up
Squats
Push up sag
Cobras
Jump thruster
Lunge in place
Side straddle hops
Ski jumpers
Straight leg sit ups
leg lifts
Repeat using 30 sec intervals.
COOLDOWN: Stretch
