WARM-UP: JOG IN PLACE, SIDE STRADDLE HOP, PUSH UP, MOUNTAIN CLIMBER

WORKOUT:
Complete the following exercises. For example, Green completes 10 Push Ups, 10 Bench Dips, etc...then subtract 1 from the number of reps and go through the exercises again....9 Push Ups, 9 Bench Dips, etc...continue down to 1.
