Warmup:  Instructor led

WOD:  FOR TIME

Green Group:

30 Squats
30 Push ups
30 Sand bag or rifle push presses
30 Side straddle hops
Sprint 100m  (sprint hill if available at location)

Repeat using 20 reps, then 10, then 5.

 

Blue Group:

30 Sand bag squats
30 Push ups
30 Sand bag push presses
30 Side straddle hops
Sprint 100m (sprint hill if available at location)

Repeat using 20 reps, then 10, then 5.

 

Red group:

40 Sand bag squats
40 Push ups
40 Sand bag push presses
40 Side straddle hops
Sprint 100m (sprint hill if available at location)

Repeat using 30 reps, then 20, then 10.
