WOD

WARM-UP: Side Straddle Hops, Mountain Climber, Jump Thrusters, Lunge in Place
 
WORKOUT:
 
AB BUSTER - 10 Minutes of Ab exercises; no breaks in transitioning between exercises. Call if you need examples.
 
RUN - 30 MINUTES RUN - Goal is 5k
 
If cadets are not running, jog with them - Remember to insist upon at LEAST 50 walking steps / 50 jogging steps - Try to bump that up to 50 Walking / 100 Jogging (each foot is one step).
 
COOL DOWN: Stretch
