Exercise (Randomly Drawn) - Choose 4 - Overhead Arm Claps, Air Squats, Push-Ups, Crunches, Leg Lifts, Flutter kicks, Ski Jumper, Mule Kicks, Cobras, Up-and-Overs


By team, one person travels to the designated corner for the circuit in the specified manner (Run, Bear Crawl, Lunge, Straddle Run) and do the prescribed exercise.

Team mates in the center go through random sets of exercises while waiting for runner to complete circuit.

Once each team has completed the circuit take a quick break and then continue. Four circuits in 40 minutes.
